We’re excited to announce that our residencies programme is back! Taking over a landmark retail space in the heart of London on Baker Street, we are offering 12 desks in our shared creative space and 2 individual studio spaces for the duration of our activation until March 2026. Visits by appointment can be arranged. The artists will have the chance to exhibit their artworks in our retail area, benefit from commercial and marketing support and a space to meet with potential buyers. Gallery opening hours are 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri and 11am - 4pm Sat (open some Sundays). Access outside of opening hours can be arranged. Space includes a coffee shop, wifi, storage, pop up exhibition space with a busy programming and a projection room.
Price: £250 per month for co-working desk (£50 for locker rental), from £500 per month for individual studios (can be shared).

BLEUR Studios Creative Enterprise Zone Residency

The BLEUR Studios Creative Enterprise Zone Residency is a new 3-month opportunity for two artists, makers, or creative practitioners to develop their work in the heart of London. In collaboration with BLEUR Studios, the Westminster Creative Enterprise Zone is offering two free places in a dedicated workspace and professional development support within a new creative hub on Baker Street. The residencies provide space, community, and resources to help Westminster-based creatives grow their practice. The two selected residents will receive three months of free membership (January - March 2026), including a dedicated desk in the shared creative studio area (usually £300/month), marketing and commercial support, and opportunities to exhibit and sell work in a public retail area. The studio also features a coffee shop, Wi-Fi, storage, a pop-up exhibition area, a projection room, and flexible gallery access. With its inclusive atmosphere and growing network of creatives, the residency is ideal for emerging artists and makers based in Westminster’s Creative Enterprise Zone.

Fritz Fryer Showroom

For our first Bleur Residency, we’ve teamed up with the amazing lighting brand Fritz Fryer to offer 3 emerging artists the unique opportunity to take residency at Fritz Fryer’s showroom in Clerkenwell, the heart of the design district in London. For one month, the first and second floor of the showroom will be turned into artist studios for the 3 successful artists. The artists will have the chance to exhibit their artworks in our Bleur Lates @ Fritz Fryer's and be featured in our short film. Opening hours are 10am - 4pm Mon - Sun (closed on weekend of 6-7th May).
